Loom pricing in 2026: every plan and what it costs

Loom has four plans. Starter is free, with 5-minute recordings, 25 videos per person, up to 720p and no downloads. Business costs $18 per user a month, or $15 billed yearly, and removes those limits. Business + AI costs $24 per user a month billed monthly, and adds Loom AI and meeting notes. Enterprise is priced on request. Every paid plan is charged per user. If you only need to record and share on your own, Emaki's recorder is free with no time limit, and Emaki Pro is one flat price.

Loom's pricing page lists monthly prices and says paying yearly saves up to 17%, which brings Business to $15. Ask Loom's sales team for a yearly Business + AI quote.

Step by step

Loom pricing

  1. Count who records

Loom charges per user who records. Viewers don't need a paid seat. Multiply the plan price by the number of people who make videos.

  2. Check whether Starter is enough

If your videos are under 5 minutes, you keep fewer than 25 each and you don't need to download them, Starter costs nothing.

  3. Decide if you need Loom AI

Business covers unlimited recording, 4K and downloads. Pay the extra $6 per user a month for Business + AI only if you'll use summaries, chapters, filler word removal or meeting notes.

  4. Or record free, with no per-user price

Emaki records your screen, camera and microphone in Chrome or Edge with no time limit and no account, and downloads MP4 for free. Emaki Pro ($10/month or $100/year) is one person's price, with no seats.

  • Loom is still the better fit for a team that wants one shared video library, viewer analytics, integrations with Slack, Jira and Confluence, AI summaries and a meeting recorder.
  • Loom's prices and limits change from time to time. The figures here are from Loom's own pricing page and Atlassian's help pages, checked in November 2026.
