How refunds work for Appzlr paid plans such as Emaki Pro: a full refund within 14 days of any charge.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with Emaki Pro or Emaki Pro + AI, ask within 14 days of a charge and you get a full refund of that charge, no questions asked. This covers your first payment and every renewal, monthly or yearly.
Free trial
First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial, with no charge during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you aren't charged. The 14 days above start from the first charge after the trial.
After 14 days
After 14 days, a charge isn't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you aren't charged again. If you were charged by mistake, or something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway and we'll sort it out. This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Email capture@appzlr.com from the address you signed in with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle sends the refund to the payment method you paid with; it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded plan ends when the refund is made.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account under Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
